Please join us for a backpacking adventure to explore and take in the sights that only back country hiking can provide.  Learn backpacking skills like tent set-up, food preparation, how to pack a backpack for hiking, first aid awareness, and much more!  Challenge yourself, make new friends and have fun while safely embarking on an environmental adventure.

Children must be 10 years old and older to participate without a parent.  Younger children must be accompanied by an adult, so weight can be distributed to both packs, and able to hike a moderate 4 mile trek.

Last Day to sign-up will be May 1st, 2010.

Backpacking trip

• Saturday, May 29 - Monday, May 31st.

• Day 1 - Hike to camp site
• Day 2 - Day hikes/Crafts/Leisure time
• Day 3 - Return Hike

Back pack hike will be in the beautiful Cuyamaca State Park - Exact Location TBA
